Edmond Picard (1873-1942) was the founder of [[Montres Germinal]], a Swiss watch company active in the first half of the 20th century.

Edmond Picard was born December 3, [[1873]]. He married Marthe-Gertrude Ulmann of Neuchâtel.

Picard was closely associated with his home city of [[La Chaux-de-Fonds]], where his watchmaking company, [[Montres Germinal]] was located.

Edmond Picard died on July 7, [[1942]] after a long illness. He was survived by his wife, Marthe-Gertrude.
