EganaGoldpfeil is a Hong Kong-based holding company that is active in the fields of fashion, watches, jewelery and leather goods.
The company manufactures under license from fashion brands such as Esprit Joop and accessories such as wrist watches and jewelry. The holdings include the watch manufacturers Dugena and Junghans and the luxury leather goods manufacturer Goldpfeil ("gold arrow"), which now also manufactures luxury watches.
The European headquarters of the company is located in Offenbach am Main, and it currently has manufacturing facilities in Asia and Germany and employs about 7,600 people. In 2003-2004, the group achieved a turnover of 379 million euros.
CEO and majority shareholder is the German leather goods entrepreneur Hans-Jörg Seeberger. In 2005, EganaGoldpfeil caused headlines with the takeover of traditional shoe manufacturer Salamander from Kornwestheim.
