The Navitimer World by Breitling is the version of the Breitling Navitimer with the biggest case of the series, here with dual timezone in 24-hours mode. The automatic chronometer chronograph bears on the caseback an engraving of the world's greatest cities. It has an integrated slide rule, sapphire crystal and a leather strap.
