Meyer et Fils was an ebauche manufacturer in Pontenet before World War II.
Meyer & Kramer was founded by 1908 in Pontenet near Malleray as a watch movement finisher.
In 1920 the firm is renamed E. Meyer et des Fils.
Meyer was one of the dissident watchmakers in 1931. The company lasted at least until 1936 but was officially closed in 1941 using a grant provided by the Swiss federal government to resolve the question of dissidents.
