Calibre 601 is an ultra-thin quartz watch movement from Jaeger-LeCoultre.

Introduced in 1982, Calibre 601 set a new record as Jaeger-LeCoultre's thinnest watch movement at just 1.8 mm, though the 1.6 mm Calibre 608 was introduced later that year.

Note that the "Calibre 601" name was also applied to a Jaeger-LeCoultre Memovox movement in the Calibre 489 family.
