- 1995 — Pierre Imhof, scion of the Authur Imhof clock factory in La Chaux-de-Fonds and contributor to the International Watch and Clock Museum and MIH Institute, dies.
- 2015 — Chopard introduces the Chronomètre Ferdinand Berthoud brand with the FB 1, which would go on to win the Aiguille d'Or at the Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève in 2016.
