Von Büren was a watch company in Neuchâtel, Switzerland best known for the Squale dive watch brand. It was headed by Charles von Büren who designed the Squale dive watch.
Von Büren was active at least by 1960 and produced watches for other brands, using the "Slogan" name as a placeholder. Among these were automatic and calendar watches and extra-thin and jewelry watches.
By 1967, Von Büren were producing dive watches using the Squale name. These were available in "mini", "tiny", "medium", "200", and "300" models, the latter three with screw-down crowns.
Von Büren appears to be defunct during the 1970s, though the Squale brand was revived around 2015.
