• Movado produces their first Museum Watch model.

• The Swiss companies G. Leon Breitling SA in Geneva, Heuer-Leonidas SA in Biel and Dubois Dépraz S.A. in Le Lieu collaborate in a secret project with the intent to develop the first chronograph with automatic winding of the world.
