Le Sentier is a Swiss watch town.
This watch town is situated in the heart of the Swiss Jura in the Vallée de Joux and is home of the traditional manufacture Jaeger-LeCoultre. This part of Switzerland is also called the canton of Vaud (German: Waadtland). Le Sentier is also the headquarters of the watch-museum "L'Espace Horloger" in which the history of watchmaking and a valuable collection of pendules as well as the reconstruction of an old watchmaking workshop can be visited.
