The Compass Watch is an expedition watch by Porsche Design and IWC.
This watch, first presented in 1978, become legendary by two properties: first, as a typical manifestation of the collaboration between the designer Professor Ferdinand Alexander Porsche and IWC, and secondly by the compass function as an additional feature: The upper housing part can be opened with a key lock and thereby enables the use of the compass.
