MECO Suisse is a maker of watch components within the Swatch Group. It is located in the landmark Schützengasse complex in Grenchen.

MECO was founded by Ernst Meyer in 1921 as Meyer & Co. The firm was initially focused on watch crowns and has continued in this business to this day. It was among the first companies to specialize in this category, and developed the first winding crown with internal threads.

In 1990, MECO joined the Swatch Group, and it remains a key supplier to the company.
