The Société des Fabricants d'horlogerie de La Chaux-de-Fonds was a Société des Fabricants d'horlogerie based in La Chaux-de-Fonds. Established in 1897.

Bourquin-Jaccard retired from watchmaking, having served as president of the Société for six years. Paul-Z. Perrenoud, E. Lesquereux-Peseux, and Charles-Léon Schmidt did not accept re-election. Arnold Bourquin-Vuille became president, Paul Ditisheim took over as vice president, Albert Mosimann became secretary, and Jules Wolf became vice secretary. Alphonse Gogler had continued as treasurer but was replaced in November of that year by Arnold Braunschweig.
