Montres Alfa was a Lucerne watchmaker founded in 1933.

Montres Alfa was founded as a Société Anonyme on November 13, 1933. Share capital was set at 20,000 francs, and the board of directors consisted of industrialist Georges Perrenoud and businessman Kaspar Schmid. The company was located at Eisengasse 9 in Lucerne. Perrenoud resigned from the board in January 1934, with Kaspar Schmid taking over as chairman and Gottfried Peter joining management.
