SBGL was the family of 3 days power reserve Grand Seiko watches from Seiko. This family has been replaced by the mainstream Grand Seiko SBGR models today.

Introduced in 2006, the SBGL family was the first to use Seiko's calibre 9S67, their second-generation modern mechanical movement. This movement boasted a 72 hour power reserve thanks to a Spron 510 mainspring among other improvements. It also features a power reserve indicator, a complication not found on other mechanical Grand Seiko models outside the Spring Drive line. All SBGL watches are automatic mechanical watches with a date window.
