IWC Portugieser Minute Repeater Squelette

Portugieser Minute Repeater Squelette is a luxury watch by IWC.

In 2004 this complicated watch artwork was launched by IWC as part of the Portugieser ("Portuguese") series: a watch with an open dial through which a skeletonized mechanical movement with minute repeater can be admired. In order to increase the desired effect of complete transparency, the actual dial was not only minimized to a small scale ring on the edge of the case, but the repeater mechanism was also exposed as much as possible. The bridges with their jewel bearings are reduced to the minimal functionally necessary framework. The watch case is optionally in red gold or in white gold.
