Professional Golf Watch is a Golf watch by TAG Heuer.

This golf watch, presented in 2005 on the BaselWorld, was developed in collaboration with the famous golfer Tiger Woods. In contrast to conventional watches it offers the following features that are specifically tailored to the needs on the golf course:

The clasp with a patented system is integrated in the watch head and the crown placed on the other side of the dial at 9 o'clock. In addition, an ultra-flexible rubber strap has been developed that will not slip so that the watch while hitting a ball is not beaten against the wrist, and which adapts its length to any change in the wrist diameter.

Furthermore, the watch is made of ultra-light titanium, stainless steel and silicone rubber and therefore weighs only 55 grams.

Another crucial aspect is the impact resistance of the watch at golf shots. Watches with mechanical movements are fundamentally unsuitable for the game of golf (which is not known to every player), since the balance wheel is exposed to extreme conditions by the blows. Therefore, it is equipped by a quartz movement.

Due to the ultra light weight of the TAG Heuer Professional Golf Watch, the elasticity of the bracelet and the shock-resistant design and construction, a shock absorption of 5,000 G is reached - 45 times more than the value to which the watch is exposed during a golf swing.
