Calibre IWC 852 is an automatic watch movement from IWC in the 1950s.
IWC advanced rapidly in automatic movement production, introducing their Pellaton winding system in 1950's Cal. 81 and enhancing it in Cal. 85 and again two years later in this Cal. 852. A similar model, Cal. 8521, added a date complication. It was replaced by Cal. 853 after 1958.
