The initials "FH" have been used for a number of organizations related to Swiss watchmaking as well as one large holding company of watchmakers.
- La Fédération Horlogère - An industry publication active from 1886 to 1943 and serving as the official publication of the industry
- Fédération Suisse des Associations de Fabricants d'Horlogerie (also called the Fédération Horlogère Suisse) - Founded on January 17, 1924 to organize watchmaking chambers of commerce
- Coopérative de Fabricants Suisses d'Horlogerie - A holding company using the Jaquet-Droz brand from 1960 through 1974, when it adopted the name Société Anonyme de Fabricants Suisses d’Horlogerie (SAH)
- Fédération de l'Industrie Horlogère Suisse - The modern incarnation of the FH, founded on November 19, 1982 by merging the Chambre Suisse de l'Horlogerie with the Fédération Horlogère Suisse
