Calibre SZ01 is an automatic chronograph movement from Sinn based on the Valjoux 7750.
Overview
Sinn has long used the Valjoux 7750 movement for their chronograph watches, but began reworking the movement in the 2003. Wanting a replacement for their Lemania 5100 "stop minutes" chronograph, they reworked the chronograph counters entirely. Rather than using a subdial, the chronograph minutes are displayed with a central hand, along with chronograph seconds and running hour and minutes. A 12-hour chronograph subdial at 6:00 completes the timing feature. Complementing the small seconds at 9:00 is a 24 hour subdial at 3:00. The date window is placed at 4:30.
