Cricket Diver X-Treme is a dive watch with alarm function by Vulcain.
On the Baselworld 2008 Vulcain presented this athletic dive watch with alarm function. The watch with 44 mm diameter is available in black titanium and stainless steel or in titanium and 18ct rose gold. It is waterproof to 10 atm, and the perfectly audible alarm feature allows also underwater usage. It can be combined with a strap of vulcanized rubber or of waterproof leather.
The model with the famous alarm caliber V-10 has all the important information for a diver. On the dial is mounted a bidirectional rotating bezel that can be adjusted via a screwed crown at 9 o'clock. This bezel is protected by a domed sapphire crystal and remains in place after setting. So accidents due to a erroneous manipulation can be avoided. The alarm time is displayed on a scale, where every hour is divided in periods of 20 minutes and where the numerals "10, 30, 50" are inscribed.
At this model, one of the bottoms consists of titanium, so that the acoustics of the watch is further improved. The crown at 3:30 allows setting of the time, while a pusher at 2:30 is used to set the alarm.
The dials are available in the variants black/silver, black/yellow and silver/black. The watch runs with a Cricket calibre V-10 and offers the functions hours, minutes, seconds, alarm and a 60 minutes counter, which can be activated via rotatable bezel and which is set with a screwed crown at 9 o'clock. The movement has a power reserve of 42 hours and 15 to 20 seconds for the alarm.
