Eric-Alfred Perrenoud (1911-1988) was the final general manager of Doxa through its merger into Synchron and oversaw the workers' and Nardin-Ducommun funds until his death.

Eric-Alfred Perrenoud was born in 1911 in La Sagne and lived in Ponts-de-Martel.

On November 13, 1938, Eric-Alfred Perrenoud married Helene Maron (1913-?). She came from Berlin but lived in Montreux.

In December 1945, Eric-Alfred Perrenoud, then living in Le Locle, joined the workers' fund of the Doxa Watch Factory as secretary/treasurer. He was given power of attorney for the factory itself under Jacques-André Nardin in January 1948.

In 1951, following the death of Jacques-André Nardin, Perrenoud was made commercial director of Doxa. He served under general manager Edouard-Christian Jenny who died two years later. He remained in this position under Emile-Albert Jauslin and was one of the last remaining managers of Doxa to have known the Ducommun and Nardin family management following Joslin's death in 1964.

In May 1969, Synchron took over Doxa. Eric-Alfred Perrenoud represented Doxa in the management team, becoming a sub-director of the combined company under president Jean-Louis Borel.

After the dissolution of Synchron and sale of Doxa, Perrenoud continued to represent the company and its workers on the board of the workers' fund set up by Hélène Nardin-Ducommun.

Eric-Alfred Perrenoud died in July 1988 in Le Locle.
