The JLC 868 is a perpetual calendar automatic watch movement from Jaeger-LeCoultre.

Introduced in 2013, Calibre 868 is closely related to Calibre 866, which is an annual calendar movement. It replaced Calibre 889/440/2, which had been the company's primary perpetual calendar movement since 1996.

Calibre 868 is an automatic movement made up of 336 pieces. It runs at 28,800 vph, has 46 jewels, and a power reserve of 38 hours. It is a traditional full perpetual calendar movement, with hour, minute, and second hands at the center and subdials for date, month, day, and moon phase arranged at 3:00, 6:00, 9:00, and 12:00, respectively. A four-digit year window is placed at 7:30 while an adjustment warning indicator is just above the central hand axis.

Jaeger-LeCoultre currently uses this calibre in the Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Ultra Thin Perpetual.
