Cartier Pasha
Pasha is a wristwatch by Cartier.
One of the model classics of Cartier. The Pasha is the first waterproof watch, 1932 made by Louis Cartier for the Sultan of Marrakech, who had expressed the wish to be able to wear his wristwatch also while bathing. Cartier invented a device, by which the crown watch is protected by a removable metal cap with internal rubber seal; the cap itself is secured by a metal ring on the outer tube, so that it cannot be lost. To operate the crown the steel cap is unscrewed and screwed back on after the adjustment.
