Luminor Composite 1950 3 Days 47mm is a dive watch by Panerai.

With this limited model, launched in 2011, Panerai uses for the first time a synthetic ceramic material by mat brown color, which is generated in an electrochemical aluminum processing. Both the 47 mm case as the crown protection bridge with the locking lever and the classic round bezel are made of this material.

The sandwich dial is also dark brown and reduced to the essentials. The characteristic small seconds indication is located at the 9 o 'clock position. With the sandwich construction with two thin metal discs, the upper is perforated, so that the luminescent material (Superluminova) applied between the two disks is visible. The hands are coated with the same fluorescent substance whose specific ecru color evokes the vintage-look of the dials of that time.

This model is equipped with the in-house manufactured manual winding movement P.3000 and has a power reserve of three days.
