Hänni & Künzli was an ebauche factory in Court founded by Ernest Künzli and Arnold Hänni by 1890.

  • Before 1883 - Emile Maître establishes an ebauche manufacturing and finishing business in Delémont
  • 1886, April 1 - Emile Maître, Léon Künzli, and Hipolyte Frêne establish a business in Moutier to manufacture ebauches and tools for other makers of ebauches
  • 1888, March 10 - Arnold Hänni and Ernest Künzli, both living in Malleray, incorporate Hänni & Künzli there; the firm is dedicated to the manufacture, finishing, and mounting of ebauches
  • 1888, June 15 - Hänni & Künzli is transferred to Court
  • 1890, February 18 - Emile Maître establishes a limited company called E. Maître & Co to manufacture and finish ebauches in Delémont; his partners are Edmond, Gabriel and Armand Picard of Fleurier, each investing 10,000 francs
  • 1890, September 1 - Hippolyte Frêne and Jules Garraux establish an ebauche manufacturing business in Reconvilier called Frêne & Garraux
  • 1892, January 1 - Rénold Kocher of La Chaux-de-Fonds partners with Hänni and Künzli in a new ebauche manufacturing and finishing company called Kocher, Hänni & Künzli located at Rue Jaquet-Droz 39 in La Chaux-de-Fonds with a branch in Court
  • 1892, June 1 - Charles Boillat is given power of attorney for Kocher, Hänni & Künzli in Court
  • 1893, February 1 - Kocher, Hänni, and Künzli partner with Charles Emonot of Seloncourt, France partner in a new company in Bévilard called Kocher, Hänni, Künzli & Cie
  • 1895, August 12 - Kocher, Hänni & Künzli in La Chaux-de-Fonds with a branch in Court is now called Hänni, Künzli & Cie in Court with a branch in La Chaux-de-Fonds
  • 1897, April 5 - Hänni, Künzli & Cie of Court and La Chaux-de-Fonds is dissolved and a new company called Hänni & Cie is formed; Arnold Hänni is an unlimited partner while Julie-Lina Bingguely (née Favre-Bulle, widow of Joseph Bingguely) is limited to 50,000 francs
  • 1897, April 15 - Kocher & Cie of Bévilard is dissolved into a new company also called Kocher et Cie; Rénold Kocher is the unlimited partner while Ernest Künzli is limited to 1,000 francs
  • 1900, December 31 - Hänni & Cie of Court is dissolved into a new company also called Hänni & Cie; Arnold Hänni is the unlimited partner and Charles Boillat is limited to 5,000 francs
  • 1903 - Ernest Künzli is registered as a sole proprietorship making watchmaking tools in Neuveville
  • 1916 - Ernest Künzli's toolmaking company in Neuveville is dissolved
  • 1921, November 8 - Ernest Künzli dies in Neuveville
  • 1922, April 1 - Ernest Künzli's widow partners with Olga Künzi and the wife of Georges Capitaine in a new company called Hoirie Ernest Künzli which manufactures watch pinions, sprockets, and other watchmaking parts in Neuveville
