The JLC 986 is a watch movement from Jaeger-LeCoultre.

Introduced in 2009 with the Grande Reverso 986 Duodate and also used in the 2011 Grande Reverso Duo, the 986 was designed to take advantage of the extra space in this largest-ever Reverso case. It improves on the JLC 854 series with a larger balance operating at 28,800 vph and a larger mainspring, bringing power reserve to 48 hours. It is a hand-wound movement made up of 183 pieces and is part of the Jaeger-LeCoultre Autotractor family.

The calibre 986 features a date window and second timezone with 24 hour subdial on the rear face.
