The calibre Rolex 3131 is a self-winding movement with bi-directional winding, 28,800 A/h, 31 jewels, Glucydur balance wheel with Microstella screws and Kif shock protection.

The Rolex 3131 is a new version of the Calibre Rolex 3130 with Parachrom blue-Breguet hairspring. In contrast to the calibre Rolex 3135 it lacks the date mechanism.

It is used in the Milgauss Ref. 116400.
