Calibre Valjoux 7750-P1 is an exclusive automatic watch movement produced by ETA for Panerai and sold as OP III, OP VIII, OP IX, OP XV, OP XXII, OPVVXI.

Overview

Self-winding movement with 21 jewels, ball-bearing rotor, unidirectional winding, 28,800 A/h, power reserve ca. 42 hours. This is a very rare variant of the Valjoux 7750, here without chronograph module.

The calibre is used exclusively by Officine Panerai in a number of models (and is there certified as a chronometer by the COSC):

Variants

Panerai OP III

Automatic movement with hours, minutes, sub seconds, date.

Panerai OP VIII

Automatic movement with hours, minutes, sub seconds, date, GMT hand.

Panerai OP IX

Automatic movement with hours, minutes, sub seconds, date, power reserve indicator hand at 5:00.

Panerai OP XV

Automatic movement with hours, minutes, sub seconds, date, depth gauge.

Panerai OP XXII

Automatic movement with hours, minutes, sub seconds, Agenhor perpetual calendar module.

Panerai OP XXVI

Hand-wound movement with hours, minutes, sub seconds, 30 minute regatta timer at 3:00 via module. This is an unusual movement because it is hand-wound rather than automatic and does not use the 7750 chronograph; rather, it uses a regatta timer module. It is very like Valjoux 7761.
